Personal Kettlebell Trainer Benefits

As with any new skill, establishing a proper foundation is the key to success and progression toward your goals. Learning from a certified KettleX kettlebell trainer will offer you the best basic skill set and accelerate your results exponentially.

A KettleX private session will be catered to your personal level of fitness. Carefully planned by Lorna Kleidman and working closely with your KettleX kettlebell personal trainer, a program will be designed to both challenge you and keep you coming back for more!

Accredited through national certification and Lorna's extensive KettleX training program, our kettlebell trainers are carefully chosen to work with you through these one-hour sessions that include a warm-up, introduction to new movements and proper cool down with stretching. Routines and movements change with each session, making them unique and fun (including modifications when necessary).

Most importantly, your trainer will be focused on enhancing your level of fitness, physique and lifestyle while providing you with the motivation and confidence. You will be sent a health history form so Lorna and your trainer can begin making your possibilities into your reality.
